When do Clubs/Events get Archived?

There is no way to manually archive a club/event, archiving is built into the system and automatic. The clubs/events will be archived once the last date of the club/event has passed, even if it is closed for bookings to parents.

This means that clubs/events which are closed for booking but have not reached the last date will still display for parents when they login to make bookings for a club/event; To view your archived clubs/events, select Clubs & Events from the bar on the left and a link to view them will display below the list of current Clubs and the list of current Other Events.

Note that the Current Events box on your Home page will always show the three most recent events so that, for example, if you have two live events and one archived, you will see all three of them there.
