ScholarPack: What data is pulled through?
SchoolCloud integrates with ScholarPack to allow data to be read from the management system. This helps to make the setup of your system much easier. This guide goes through the things we pull through on the sync, along with required criteria.

- Data assigned to students can be found under the Data > Students section.

- Legal surname

- Each contact must have a contact link (see the relevant section below).
- Each contact must have a title, forename and surname.
- You can specify that only contacts with parental responsibility and/or contacts with priority 1 (or priority 1 and 2) are brought through.
We can configure this for you, if required.

Teachers |
- Personnel ID
- Title
- Forename
- Surname
- Form Group
- Email address
- Role

- Each teacher must have an assigned class (see relevant section below)

- Teacher information can be found in the Data > Teachers section.

Classes |
- Personnel ID
- Form Group
- Form Group ID
- Students with matching form groups
|
- Each class must have one or more teachers and students assigned (see the relevant sections above)
|
- Classes in ScholarPack are just "Form Groups". There can be one or more forms assigned to a student or teacher but they must be exactly the same.
- All teachers are assumed to be main teachers. This makes it especially important to make sure you choose the correct Class Teachers for your evenings.

- The SOS Priority must be 1 or, in circumstances where we allow it, 2.
If you're unsure, please get in touch and we'll check.

- Contacts and their priorities can be extracted from the system on the Data > Parents page.
- The relationship of a parent is not shown to the parents themselves, but admins can see it on the extract available via Data > Parents.

Data isn't coming through as expected
If your data isn't coming through as expected the most common reason would be that your DFE reference has changed. If this is the case, please send us your new DFE reference via email to schoolcloud@tes.com
